What is included in the ticket price?

Your completed registration includes the following:

Note: Hotel and airfare are not included in the ticket price.

How many hours of CE can we expect?

Our general session conference (April 13th-14th) offers 12 hours of CE. Our VIP Bonus day on April 12th offers an additional 4 hours of CE.

Can I bring my spouse and children?

YES!!! We welcome spouses and children.

All attendees of the summit must be a registered paid attendee. However, spouses and children are not required to purchase a ticket if they are not attending the summit.

What hotel do I stay at? Internationally, you should fly into? Do I need a passport?

We recommend staying at Hyatt Ziva, the host hotel to get the full immersion experience with the speakers and other attendees. Make sure to use the included booking link to get our special group rate.

If you choose to stay off property, you will have to purchase a day pass, which is currently $125 a day. (This pass will include daytime access to the property, food and beverage.)

Internationally, we suggest you fly into The Sangster International Airport. A Passport is required, so please ensure that your travel documents are arranged well far in advance to the event.

What is the refund policy?

You can cancel at any time, but please be aware of the following policy: If you cancel before December 31, 2022, you will receive a full refund, less any processing fees.

If you cancel between January 1, 2023 and March 15, 2023 you will receive 50% refund of your ticket price, less a processing fee of $50.00.

If you cancel from March 15, 2023 onwards you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may send someone in your place or use the ticket for a future event– be sure to let us know no later than April 1st, 2023 so we have their details ahead of the event, to make sure that they gain entry without any problems.

Note: No change of names associated with tickets will be accepted after April 7th, 2023.
